The emergency key is strongly recommended if you do not have other means of access to your home (back door, garage). We recommend that you keep it sufficiently charged in a place outside the home with the locking key.
To use the Tylock emergency key, you must first remove the outside knob and have your smartphone with you.

In order to work, the emergency key must be paired via Bluetooth with your smartphone using the Tylock app. In the "Access" menu, "Keys" tab, you must select the lock concerned, then click on the "Activate" button. The key will be active for 30 seconds. You should insert it into the cylinder, push then turn to open.
