FAQ – Answers to your questions 

Does the system function in the event of an Internet outage? Or a power cut?
Yes. If the hub cuts out, the 4G transmitter automatically takes over thanks to its SIM memory card, to continue sending SMS alerts and calls. The alarm control panel also has a back-up battery that keeps the system on for several hours.

Do I need a subscription to use the alarm?
No. The system functions without a subscription.
 Only the SIM memory card for 4G mode may require a small fee, depending on your choice of operator.

Can I add cameras to my system?
Yes. You can link Delta Dore indoor and outdoor cameras to your alarm. They allow you to view each event and easily resolve any doubts with images. Delta Dore security cameras are also equipped with infrared night vision, so you can keep an eye on your home even in the dark.

What about my personal data?
Our cameras' video platforms are hosted on data centres located in France. They comply with all the worldwide leading standards for smart objects and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What's more, the camera encrypts your data at source and has local storage on an encrypted 32-GB SD memory card. Your personal data is therefore in your own hands.

Can I share access with my family?
Yes. You can authorise several members of your household to access the system and receive alerts.

Can I upgrade my system over time?
