TYXAL+ IS THE CYBERSECURE ALARM SOLUTION
Faced with the challenge of cybersecurity, our Tyxal+ alarms are continuously updated with a view to providing enhanced protection.
Our alarm control panels, our sirens, and our detectors and controllers hold EN 50131 (level 2 security suitable, in particular, for private homes and small businesses). This is a certification that serves as a gauge of superior quality and reliability, as well as robust resistance to neutralisation attempts (tamper, interference, disabling...).
On account of our exacting demands, we continually endeavour to push ourselves further with a view to earning your trust.

The end of the generic default code
An access code that is unique to each alarm control panel is implemented.
When installing your devices, you will find this unique installer code printed on the back of each CS2000 and CS8000 control panel.
We recommend changing it once installed.
Prerequisite: control panel version V01-08-03 with date code after 1st June 2024
The end of simple codes
Simple codes are prohibited - only complex access codes are authorised.
The keypad will inform the user if the access code is too simple.
Non-compliant codes
A sequence of 6 identical figures (examples: 000000, 111111, 222222, etc. up to 999999)
An ascending or descending sequence of 6 figures (examples: 012345, 345678… or 654321, 987654…)
Prerequisite: control panel version V01-08-03 with date code after 1st June 2024
The end of identical user and installer codes
The user code must be different to the installer code, otherwise it is declined
Control panel version V01-08-03 with date code after 1st June 2024
In the case of a malicious unlocking attempt, the Tydom application and keypad are locked.
On the keypad
After every 5 unsuccessful attempts to enter the code, the keypad is locked for 90 seconds (a more stringent measure than the standard locking of 10 seconds)
After 21 failed attempts to enter the code, the keypad sends a tamper alarm order to the control panel.
In the Tydom application
After 5 unsuccessful attempts to enter the code, access to the alarm function via the application is blocked for 90 seconds (a more stringent measure than the standard locking of 10 seconds)
A message appears directly in the application in the form of a pop-up, and a push notification is sent.
Prerequisite:
- Tydom application version 4.9 minimum
- Tydom Home, Tydom Pro, hub version 3.12 minimum
- Tydom 2.0 version 3.13 minimum
