Until now, adding a Tydom hub (Home or Pro) to a Tydom 2.0 meant creating two 'homes'.

This is no longer the case.

With the new installation path, your customers will be able to control all their connected devices from a single home, while retaining access to the alarm system if they have a DMBV detector. 

Tydom 2.0 retains its transmitter function as a "GSM telephone transmitter". It must remain connected to the internet router to enable videos to be transferred to the cloud service, as well as being connected to a remote monitoring service if required.

Easily upgrade your customers' installations 

Offer your customers the option of adding the Tydom Home or Tydom Pro hub to Tydom 2.0, allowing them to benefit from the latest home automation features (routines, Zigbee 3.0 compatibility) and to continue to upgrade their installation!

Technical prerequisites:

• Control panel version  V01-08-03 with date code after 1st June 2024
• Tydom app update to version 4.10 or higher  
• Tydom Home, Tydom Pro, hub version 3.13 minimum
• Tydom 2.0 version 3.13 minimum
