There are several possible causes:

• Wi-Fi installation is not possible if the Wi-Fi network used is not sufficiently secure (this may be the case with old generations of Wi-Fi router the modes to avoid are WPA and WEP, which have been obsolete for more than 20 years).
• Verify in the mobile app that location permissions for the Tydom app are activated and set to the "exact" position.
