My SIM card does not work in my phone transmitter, why ?

Do you have a telephone transmitter for your alarm and you’ve installed a Data SIM card? It is likely that your transmitter will not send transmissions about an intrusion. This information pertains to any telephone transmitter (Tydom 315, TTGSM, Tydom 2.0, etc.).

These can have two explanations :

  • Our telephone transmitters and the Tydom 315 work on a 2G or Edge connection.The Tydom 2.0 works on a 2G/3G connection.
  • Please make sure you are using a mobile SIM card, and ensure you have the best signal for your area, based on the providers recommendations.
