Why do I no longer have access to an installation?

There are a number of possible reasons for access to an installation to be refused:

-        The installation is still listed in your installations

  • The site may be offline (red light)

 

-        The installation is no longer listed in your installations

  • Your customer has accepted the installation you sent them
  • Your customer has revoked the invitation they sent you
  • Your colleague has revoked the invitation they sent you
