1. After checking you are properly connected to your Tydom/Tywell hub, connect to your internet router's WiFi via an ethernet cable.
2. Download the Tydom app and follow the instructions to create an account (or log in if you already have an account)
3. Set up your home using the identifier on the Tydom/Tywell hub (last 6 characters of the 12-character identifier)
4. Connect to your installation (you will be asked to press the button on the Tydom/Tywell hub), then check if other members have access to your home:

"settings" > menu > select your home > select "Members" to view different members > click on the member(s) you want to delete > selecting "Remove member"
