If I have a CS2000 or CS8000 alarm control panel, is it possible to store a history of incidents?
The pre-alarm incident history (which can be consulted via the CLT8000 keypad and via the Tydom app) is available for any new alarm control panel installation (CS2000 and CS8000 products from February 2023 onwards).
