Colour night vision requires that the spotlight be activated in the dark. The spotlight can be activated in 3 ways:

• Permanently at night, configurable from the camera image settings in the Tydom app: LED intensity adapts according to darkness with a max. intensity setting.
• In consultation, directly from the livecstream: an activation button can be found in the Tydom app. The spotlight remains active for 60 seconds at its maximum intensity.
• On detection, configurable from the camera detection settings in the Tydom app: The spotlight is switched on at its maximum intensity while the detection is being recorded.

Note that the camera also features infrared night vision as an alternative to colour night vision.
