Incident while updating my Tycam 1100 or 2100 camera: how can I regain access to the video service?

If you have received an email informing you that your Tycam 1100 or 2100 camera is about to be updated and it now appears disconnected (greyed out) in the Tydom app, this means that an incident has probably occurred.
To remedy this situation, we invite you to:
- Unplug your camera, then plug it back in and check the Internet connection,
- If the situation persists, download the videos you want to keep, then:
- Unplug your camera again,
- open the cover under the camera to press the 'reset' button
- and reconnect your camera while holding down the button for 40 seconds.
If you hear the voice message "camera completed" before the 40 seconds are up, you can stop pressing the reset button.
You will again be able to access live and video recordings again, while benefiting from the new service.
