Our CSR
Our CSR strategy is an integral part of our vision. As a key player in the energy transition, we want to give priority, meaning and coherence to social, societal and environmental issues. We seek a balanced approach to economic and CSR issues, because they are inextricably linked to the challenges faced by our business, such as our product range, competitiveness, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Our Responsible Purchasing policy
We are committed to ethical, sustainable and transparent relationships with our suppliers. We are working together to promote virtuous innovation for our respective regions. Various CSR aspects have become standard performance criteria in our relationships with our partners, with whom we are actively working to limit our carbon footprint.
We have set up an anti-corruption alert system https://deltadore.wispeek.com/; additionally, a mediator is available at mediateur@deltadore.com.

Our eco-designed products
Eco-designing our products is a key priority in our strategy, helping us to reduce our carbon footprint. For all our new product designs, we take into account their entire life cycle, and work together to promote miniaturisation, the use of recycled materials, and the choice of components that consume less energy.
The PEPs (Product Environment Profiles) compile the information about the environmental impact of our products. This is a must-have tool to quantify, compare and make the right choice! Find out more on www.pep-ecopassport.org.

Our commitment to avoid hazardous chemicals
The RoHS directive bans the use of 6 hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. We apply this directive for our entire product range. We also work to guarantee a high level of protection to people and the environment against the risks related to chemical substances (REACH). Our suppliers are also involved in the continuous exchange and information compilation initiative

Our responsibility as a manufacturer: environmental organisations
We contribute financially to the following recognised eco-organisations: Eco folio, Eco emballage, Recylum (Professional) and ECOLOGIC (General Public), for the recovery of printouts, packaging and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) respectively.
Additionally, in application of the Anti-Waste and Circular Economy Law (AGEC law) and the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), we contribute to waste management through various commitments, such as our Unique Identifier (UID). You can find it in our legal notices.

Our professional equality index
In 2024, Delta Dore obtained an overall score of 91/100* for its gender equality index.
The company recognises diversity and professional equality between men and women as strengths that promote its growth and social dynamism. At Delta Dore, we believe that respecting professional equality is a core part of our corporate social responsibility, helping to stimulate our development.
