New features for remote intervention  

Available with all Delta Dore smart home hubs.

If you didn't already know, "installer invitations" allow professionals to work remotely on your Delta Dore products.

With version 4.14 of the Tydom app, these "installer invitations" can now be time-limited and colour-coded for quick viewing. In brief:

• Invite your installer and choose the duration of access to the site: 4h, 8h, 24h or 48h. You will be notified when your invitation expires.
• A red banner appears on the home page as soon as the installer connects and you are also notified as soon as he starts and finishes his remote intervention.
• Check at a glance whether an installer has access to your installations, thanks to the blue dot. For more details go to Settings > My homes > My Home > Personalisation > Members  

Just so you know, installers are also notified of your invitation and informed when it expires.
